Building Inspection
Did you recently invest in a new construction project and your developer is inviting you to the inspection of the property? You don't need to be on-site for this. Outsource this step to us. We will fully represent you.
Quality Control
During the acceptance process, we review the snagging report again. If all construction defects were listed in advance, these points should be addressed by the time of acceptance. We monitor this accordingly.
Documentation
If any construction defects are present, they will be documented accordingly. We will also create informative photos and videos for you.
Key Handover
Once you return to the country, we will be happy to hand over the keys to you. Upon request, we can ship the keys worldwide.
Rentals
If you are interested in renting, we will add the property directly to our portfolio, ensuring a quick and profitable rental.
