On which platforms are the properties offered for rent?
This is done via platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
Do I need a bank account in Dubai to pay out the rent?
No, we can also transfer the income to your German bank account. However, if you have a bank account in the UAE, we can also transfer the income to that account.
What is the vacancy rate?
Dubai is enjoying growing popularity as a travel destination. During the peak season, from October through April, you can generally expect continuous occupancy. In the subsequent months, we adjust prices flexibly to ensure the highest possible occupancy.
Is it possible to use my property yourself?
Of course, you can use your property. Simply let us know when you would like to use it, and we'll take this into account when booking.

Yes, we have contacts with various interior designers. They can furnish your property, even at a reasonable price, to make it suitable for rental purposes.
